Homemade pickles
I had so many cucumbers in my fridge, so I decided to make some pickles. They’re really simple to make, with just a few ingredients You can have some delicious and crunchy pickles that will last in the fridge for up to 3 months.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Make the brain- in a pot combining together the water, vinegar, sugar and salt, boil for five minutes. While that’s boiling

2. Wash and cut the medium cucumbers into rounds, I used a crinkle cutter for mine, if you don’t have a crinkle cutter, just cut with a knife. As For the mini cucumbers, just wash them.

3. Peel the garlic and cut the jalapeño into rounds.
Step 4
4. Place the cucumbers, garlic, dill and jalapeños into 2 wide-mouth mason jars.
Step 5
5. Top the cucumbers with the peppercorn. Pour all of the hot liquid over the cucumbers so they’re fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate. You can enjoy the pickles within a couple of hours. The flavor will continue to develop over the next couple of days, And Enjoy!!
