Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a pot on the stove top
Step 2
Simmer covered on medium heat for a half hour, stir every 5 or so minutes, crush the berries as you go along.
Step 3
Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth
Step 4
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for months.
