⅛ cupcoconut oil
melted
½ cupmaple syrup
or honey
2 Tbspground flaxseeds
flax eggs
6 Tbspwater
plant milk
try to avoid milks with lots of additives
salt
1 ¾ cupsground almonds
½ cupoat flour
or white buckwheat, I used gluten-free
2 tspmatcha
1 tspbaking soda
cinnamon
chocolate chips
optional
nuts
I used almonds
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix together the wet ingredients until smooth and then add the dry.
Step 2
2. Separate into 6-8 balls, flatten a little & bake on 180C for 10-12 minutes
Step 3
3. Let it cool and enjoy 😉
