Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 °C

Step 2
Cut chicken breasts into 10 strips.



Step 3
Add the low fat greek yoghurt, salt, garlic powder, pepper and smoked paprika. Mix to coat evenly and set aside.







Step 4
Add the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, ginger and honey to a pan. Mix and simmer on low heat for 5 mins.







Step 5
Add your cornflakes to a plate and season with salt, garlic powder, pepper and smoked paprika mixing to coat. Then crush them evenly.






Step 6
Coat each chicken strip in the cornflakes.
Step 7
Once all coated, add to a baking tray and spray with fry light. Cook in the oven at 220 °C for 22 mins.


Step 8
Once the chicken is cooked, coat each strip evenly in the sauce and enjoy.
