Instructions

Step 1
Boil cauliflower until tender.
Step 2
While the cauliflower is cooking, spray a large frying pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Saute' onions and peppers until tender over medium heat (10 minutes).
Step 4
When adding vegetables, add them according to cooking time.
Step 5
Add ground beef and saute' until no longer pink.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add liquid aminos.
Step 8
Add beef broth and cook, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes, adding more beef broth as necessary to keep moist.
Step 9
Mash cauliflower in bowl with ghee, season to taste.
Step 10
Place beef, onions, and vegetables in baking dish.
Step 11
Distribute mashed cauliflower on top.
Step 12
Cook in 400 degree oven until bubbling and brown (about 30 minutes).
Step 13
Broil for last few minutes if necessary to brown.
Step 14
Serves 4.
