Chili whipped butter

I made whipped butter by combining burnt butter aka buerre noisette and chopped chili. I used Korean Kkwari gochu, but you can use whatever chili u like.

Instructions
Step 1

Cut the end of your chili and cut in half
Step 2

Take the seeds out and chop
Step 3

Melt butter at a medium heat until brown
Step 4

Put the bowl over ice and pour the burnt butter
Step 5

Whip the butter until it gets creamy and add chopped chilis
