Condensed cream of mushroom soup
Homemade version to use in casseroles or add broth:milk to make soup. Can be batch cooked & frozen. Can be adapted by using vegan ingredients to make dairy free/vegan.

Step 1
Melt 1 tbsp spread in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until sweated out. Add seasonings and optionally Worcestershire sauce. Sauté another minute then add remaining spread, once melted add flour and mix through to coat mushrooms. Add milk (dairy and soy milk both work well) and incorporate then cook a few minutes to thicken.
