Instructions
Step 1
1 cup of radishes, slice ends off and cut into bite size pieces
Step 2
Boil radishes 20 minutes or fork tender. Drain and cool
Step 3
Peel and dice hard boiled egg
Step 4
Finely chop green onion and celery
Step 5
Add above ingredients into mixing bowl
Step 6
Add relish and mayo. (Make sure you use Walden Farm's Chipotle mayo, no fat/no sugar)Mix well
Step 7
Add salt, pepper and paprika(optional) to taste
