Instructions
Step 1
Boil noodles until cooked. DO NOT RINSE.
Add apple cider vinegar to hot noodles and set aside.
Step 2
Combine milk, mayo, seasonings, sugar and pour over noodles.
Step 3
Add in diced veggies, diced eggs, Dijon, and relish. Mix well
Step 4
Let sit, dressing will tighten up.
