Dough
600gstrong white bread flour
7gyeast
2eggs
50gsugar
4 Tbspcinnamon
200mlmilk
warm
100gbutter
75mlgolden syrup

Instructions
Dough
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180°C before mixing the flour, sugar, cinnamon and yeast in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the eggs and warm milk and mix thoroughly
Step 3
While mixing add the butter and golden syrup gradually.
Step 4
Then knead this with hands (if it is still sticky add more flour) until almost smooth. After, roll this out into a 20x20cm square and put it into the freezer
Filling
Step 5
While this is in the freezer mix the dark muscovado sugar, butter and the cinnamon in a separate bowl until combined.
Step 6
When the dough has spent 30minutes in the freezer, remove it and roll it out to 30x40cm. Add 1/2 the filling mixture and spread onto dough evenly. Fold a third over and then fold the dough another time.
Step 7
Put this in the freezer for another 30 minutes
Step 8
Once you take it out roll to 30x40cm and spread the remaining filling on top.
Step 9
Then roll the dough horizontally and cut into 9 pieces
Step 10
Put these on a greased deep rectangular oven safe dish and leave them in the oven for 17-25 minutes
Icing
Step 11
While they are baking mix the icing sugar and water. When they are removed pour the icing over.
