Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat, until it is translucent and lightly golden. To a bowl combine steamed cauliflower, cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, cooked onion, Herbamare + the seasonings. Mix + mash until well combined
Step 2
Preheat air fryer or oven to 400F. Onto lined baking sheets scoop + form mixture into 24 patties. Brush each patty with olive oil, and air fry or bake for 15-20 minutes - until they are golden and crispy on the outside.
Step 3
You can stop here and let them cool + freeze or simply enjoy them like this. I like to top mine with mozzarella + marinara then place them back into the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly + browned.
