Step 1
Heat oil over medium-high heat
Step 2
Braise beef fast & hot until well browned (ideally uncooked inside) on top and bottom. Remove, set aside, and discard frying oil.
Step 3
Bring beef broth to a boil. Reduce heat and add vegetables, beef, and coconut milk and cook until tender (~15 minutes)
Step 4
Add curry blocks and simmer until desired consistency. Add butter knob and Worcestershire sauce and Maggi to taste.
