Jjimdak is a mouthwatering Korean braised chicken dish that's super comforting and packed with flavor. Imagine tender chicken thighs simmered in a savory and slightly sweet sauce with just a hint of spice from gochugaru and the delicious aroma of garlic and ginger. This dish is loaded with hearty veggies like carrots, potatoes, and onions, and has sweet potato glass noodles that soak up all that tasty broth. To top it all off, a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds make jjimdak the perfect hearty meal for any day of the week. The best part? You can make it all in one pot!
