Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the broccoli for 3 minutes, strain and lay on tea towels or paper towels. Blot off as much water as possible. (Less moisture equals crispy broccoli)
Step 3
Line sheet pans with parchment paper and add the broccoli. Using the bottom of a mason jar or glass smash down the florets flat.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 6
Squeeze lemon juice over the broccoli
