Instructions
Step 1
Cut your broccoli in chunks and cook it for about 20min in a pot with water and salt.
Step 2
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and drizzle olive oil in small drops where the broccoli florets will go. Also, sprinkle Parmesan on top of each drop of olive oil.
Step 3
Now, place the broccoli florets on top of the drops and gently press them flat with a glass or another object.
Step 4
Mix olive oil with salt and pepper, then brush the broccoli florets with the mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-45 minutes.
Step 5
Get them out of the oven as soon as their crispy and enjoy!
