Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) if your model requires it.
Step 2
Wash and cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets so they roast at the same speed.
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
Step 4
Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Step 5
Cook for 5–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy at the edges.
Step 6
Transfer to a serving dish and add a squeeze of lemon juice or scatter with fresh parsley if you like.
