Instructions

Step 1
add 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 2 tbsp maple syrup to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 2
fold in 1 crushed graham cracker sheet and 1/4-1/2 cup whole blueberries.
Step 3
add the mixture to a container and freeze for a few hours, or until hard enough to scoop.
Step 4
serve in bowls or ice cream cones for a fun treat!
