Step 1
Pre heat oven to 400° and line baking sheet with tin foil

Put panko in a bowl combining with seasonings
Step 3
Put sour cream in separate bowl
Step 4
Pat the chicken dry then coat a piece of chicken thoroughly with sour cream, coating both sides
Step 5
Coat that piece now thoroughly with seasoned panko, ensuring a thick layer
Step 6
Place pieces on baking sheet and bake in oven for 35-45 minutes (internal temp 165°)
