¼ cupparmesan cheese
¼ cupgolden flaxseed meal
2 tablespoonsparsley
chopped
2 tspOld Bay
1can white tuna
¼ cuponions
finely chopped
¼ tspsalt
¼ cupavocado oil

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, best the eggs with the lemon juice
Step 2
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, flaxseed meal, parsley, salt, and old bay
Step 3
Drain the tuna well, removing as much water as possible.
Add the drained tuna and onions to the mixture and mix well
Step 4
Shape the mixture into 6 patties
Step 5
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Separately, like a plate with paper towels. When hot, add half of the patties and fry until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side, then set on the paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with the remaining patties.
Step 6
Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
