Instructions

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, flaxseed meal, parsley, salt, and old bay

Drain the tuna well, removing as much water as possible. Add the drained tuna and onions to the mixture and mix well

Shape the mixture into 6 patties

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Separately, like a plate with paper towels. When hot, add half of the patties and fry until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side, then set on the paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with the remaining patties.
