Beef Gozleme

Quick and easy Gozleme, on the table in under half an hour! You can use any mince meat you have in your fridge, shredded chicken works well too. For a vegetarian option I like to use mushroom mince or extra spinach!

Instructions

Step 1
In a hot pan add a drizzle of olive oil then add garlic and leek. Sauté for a few minutes or until caramelised. Add your spices and cook off for a couple of minutes
Step 2
Add your mince of choice and break up with a wooden spoon. Sauté until the mince is fully cooked
Step 3
Add the spinach, when the his has wilted go ahead and add your herbs. Turn off the heat immediately.
Step 4
To assemble. On one half of a wrap add some of the meat filling, then the feta and mozarella. Fold it in half.
Step 5
Drizzle oil in a medium hot pan then add the Gozleme. Cool until golden brown then flip and continue to cook on the other side until golden. Serve with a wedge of lemon!
