Instructions
Step 1
Cut your brocoli into florets and put on a boil for 10 mins
Step 2
Drain brocoli and set aside
Step 3
In 1 pan on a medium heat put in your soft cheese until melted a bit
Step 4
Put in your milk and stir for 3 mins
Step 5
Add in your butter and stir for another 3 mins
Step 6
Gradually add in about 150g of grated cheese and keep stirring
Step 7
Once melted and has become a lovely smooth thick sauce set aside
Step 8
Place your broccoli into a baking dish
Step 9
Pour over your cheese sauce , make sure the broccoli is covered
Step 10
Top off with grated cheese and place in the oven for 20 to 25 mins at 180 degrees
Step 11
Once fully cooked , serve up and enjoy!
