Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bread into 2 slices with a knife
Step 2
On both halfs, apply some of the cream cheese to the bread using a knife
Step 3
Leave one to the side and keep the other half
Step 4
Add the smoked salmon on the bagel you still have. Any amount of salmon will do- I usually use 4 slices
Step 5
Add the bagel you put aside on top and enjoy!
