High-protein cottage cheese bagels💪
Ingredients:
✅️ 460 g of homemade cottage cheese
✅️ 300 g AP flour
✅️ 2 teaspoons of baking powder
✅️ 1/2 teaspoon salt
For egg wash:
✅ 1 egg
To sprinkle:
✅️ homemade everything bagel seasoning
Method:
1️⃣ Put all the ingredients into a bowl and start mixing with a fork.
2️⃣ Mix by hand until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3️⃣ Divide into 8 pieces and shape them into balls.
4️⃣ Make small holes in the middle of each ball.
5️⃣ Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6️⃣ Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with homemade everything bagel seasoning.
7️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180ºC / 360°F
8️⃣ Cool on a rack and enjoy😋
