Step 1
In a pan, melt your butter

add in room temp milk, sugar, salt, egg, yeast, and mix until dissolved

knead your dough for 5-10 mins until u can do the window pane test

put it in a clean oiled boil, cover and let rise again (until doubled in size)

take your dough and divide it into 14-16 pieces

Shape your donuts by rolling it into a long line and twist it with both hands, roll it opposite up and down until it creates tension between both ends, lift it up and twist it

After shaping your dough, cover and let it rise for 30-45 minutes

deep fry in coil oil or vegetable oil until golden brown on each size and coat it with your sugar mixture
