Instructions
Step 1
Mix the yeast, 1 1/3 cup flour, and baking soda together.
Step 2
Heat the cottage cheese, water, sugar, butter, and salt on the stove over medium-low heat until melted.
Step 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and beat with a dough hook on low for 1 minute and high for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Beat in the egg, dill, onion, and 1 cup more flour. Dough will be sticky!
Step 5
Use extra flour to shape into 12 rolls, place in a greased muffin tin, and let rise until doubled.
Step 6
Bake at 400° F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
