Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely dice potatoes. Soak the diced potatoes in water then strain
Step 2
Stir fry the potatoes with oil and salt for 7 minutes. Transfer to bowl then add corn starch and other seasonings
Step 3
Shape 30ml potatoes into hash brown. Put on top of baking paper then let it freeze
Step 4
Heat the oil and deep fry the hash brown for 7 minutes
