Instructions

Step 1
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half to make micro sandwiches. (I cut individual at the end.) I used 1 pound of deli roast beef, per packet of rolls. Heat cheese sauce and add the roast beef and cheese to the bottom buns.

Step 2
Optional Arby's sauce. I found the bottles at Walmart.
Step 3
Melt 3/4 of a stick of butter. Add 2 tablespoons of garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. Coat the tops buns generously. I add minced onion for the Arby's "onion bun" look. Add sandwiches to a buttered/oiled cookie sheet. Broil on middle rack for 2-5 minutes until top buns are desired color. Transfer to cutting board and slice individual sandwiches.

Step 4
Don't forget the fries! I used an air fryer for best results. No soggy fries!
