Instructions

Step 1
In a crock-pot or slow cooker, add all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Step 2
Once the soup ingredients are cooked, use an emersion blender to blend until smooth or pour all ingredients into a blender or food processer and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Serve hot and enjoy!
