2 sticksbutter
softened

1 ¼ cupscane sugar

3 Tbspmolasses

2eggs

2 tspvanilla

1 tspcinnamon

½ tspnutmeg

¼ tspground ginger

½ tspsalt

1 ¾ cupflour

2 tspcocoa powder

2 tspcornstarch

1 tspbaking powder

½ tspbaking soda

1 cupquick oats
partially ground, pulse a bit in a blender
Marshmallow Cream
Instructions
Cookies
Step 1
Cream together the butter and cane sugar
Step 2
Then add in the molasses,eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
Mix cinnamon,nutmeg, ground ginger, salt, flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and oats together. Then once mixed well add to the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Spoon out 2 tbsp sized cookies on a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Marshmallow cream
Step 5
Carefully melt the marshmallows with milk in a saucepan.
Step 6
Cream butter then add vanilla and the melted cooled marshmallow mixture. Blend until creamy.
Step 7
Slowly add powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached. You can add more if you want it stiffer so it doesn’t spread out.
Note
Step 8
You can use 1 cup marshmallow fluff instead of marshmallows but don’t melt it just add it to the other ingredients.
