For the batter

slightly melted
100ggranulated sugar
60gbrown sugar
1egg
200gflour
2 tspbaking powder
vanilla
to taste
mint syrup
to taste
desiccated coconut
to taste
To decorate
Instructions
Step 1
Cream the butter
Step 2
Add both sugars and keep mixing
Step 3
Add the egg
Step 4
Sift in flour and baking powder
Step 5
Add vanilla and mix everything up
Step 6
Add mint syrup and desiccated coconut and give it a quick mix
Step 7
Scoop the batter on a tray lined with parchment paper
Step 8
Add some chocolate chips on top (optional)
Step 9
Bake for 13 minutes

Let them cool and enjoy!
