7.5 ozbiscuits
I use from Walmart in the U.S, they come 4 to a pack and have 10 small biscuits in the roll, you can always use a bigger pack and weigh out 7.5oz of biscuit dough
4 ozlight cream cheese
softened
2 cupschicken
cooked, shredded
⅓ cuplight sour cream
¼ cuplight ranch dressing
or zero point ranch
5 slicescenter cut bacon
cooked and crumbled, low point bacon
½ cupreduced fat shredded cheese
I use a 3 cheese blend
4 teaspooneverything seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with some cooking spray.
Step 2
Cut each of the 10 biscuits into 6 pieces each and spread across bottom of the sprayed dish.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing and chicken together with a hand mixer and add in 2 teaspoon of everything but the bagel seasoning.
Step 4
Stir well and spoon on to your biscuits making sure it’s spread evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle another 1 teaspoon of the everything but the bagel seasoning on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese, crumbled cooked bacon and the final 1 teaspoon of seasoning on top and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
Step 7
Let cool for 5 minutes before digging in. Enjoy!
