Instructions

Step 1
Cut onions small.
Step 2
Cut beef into small chunks.
Step 3
Put oil in a large pan. Add and cook the onions.
Step 4
Once the onions cooked half way, add vegeta and the meat. Stir to combine and cook on a high heat until the beef has brown.
Step 5
Add the tomato paste and pepper.
Step 6
Add water to cover the meat and more, then leave to simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Step 7
Once it has simmer, add 1 tbsp of flour and olive oil to a saucepan and fry until brown. Add around cup of water and mix until combine. Add slowly to the soup
