Instructions
Step 1
Add half of the water into a bowl. Add dry yeast and mix it. Add the honey and mix well. Add the flour and mix well. Add the salt and remaining water and mix in to a rough clump of dough. Let rest for 30min.

1st dough fold. Lift the dough from the bottom and lay it on top if its self. Let it rest for 1h.

Add the topping (salt, rosemary, olives). Put the focaccia in the oven and bake for 15-20min until golden brown.
