Instructions

Step 1
Add half of the water into a bowl. Add dry yeast and mix it. Add the honey and mix well. Add the flour and mix well. Add the salt and remaining water and mix in to a rough clump of dough. Let rest for 30min.

Prepare a pan with olive oil and place the dough into the pan. Cover it with wrap and let it rest for 30-40min.

Preheat the oven to 230C

Add the topping (salt, rosemary, olives). Put the focaccia in the oven and bake for 15-20min until golden brown.
