Instructions

Step 1
Puree the bananas into a paste. Add the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract.
Step 2
Add the almond flour, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix this into the batter until it is completely incorporated.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a greased and floured (or lined with baking paper) cake tin. Divide the batter evenly over the pan.
Step 4
If you like, you can halve an extra banana lengthwise and place it on top of the batter, pressing it lightly.
Step 5
Bake the banana bread for 40-45 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat). A wooden skewer should come out clean.
