Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F. Preheat parchment lined baking sheet in the oven.

Dice potatoes into small cubes. Add potatoes to medium-sized mixing bowl

Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder to mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together so potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 4
Remove baking sheet from oven. Carefully transfer seasoned potatoes from mixing bowl to baking sheet. Make sure to evenly spread potatoes so that they make contact with the baking sheet.
Step 5
Move potatoes to even on the baking sheet. Bake for approx. 25 minutes or until potatoes have a crunchy exterior.
Step 6
Remove potatoes from oven and serve.
