OVEN ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN RECIPE
Cooking pork in the oven sometimes has a bad reputation, but this simple and easy recipe is guaranteed to be a hit for the family. This lean cut of tenderloin is juicy and full of delicious flavor when cooked properly.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Combine all spices in a bowl.
Step 3
Pat tenderloin dry with a paper towel.
Step 4
Rub spice mix over the pork tenderloin evenly, covering all sides.
Step 5
Heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium high heat in a cast iron skillet. Then add in pork and sear for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Top with butter and Transfer the pan to the oven and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Basting liquids halfway through.
