Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken bone in thighs for 30 minutes. Remove chicken to paper towel lined plate, blot both sides with paper towel. Sprinkle salt on skin side only. In cold pan add oil and chicken skin sode down. Turn to medium heat, sear until golden brown. Add everything seasoning to meat side. Flip to meat side for roughly 3 minutes or until done.
