Filling: Saute onions. Add chopped spinach and grated cheese. Cook until spinach is soft and wilted. Season with salt
Step 3
Assemble: Flatten the portioned dough Add a spoonful of filling Brush water on the sides of the dough. seal by crimping or folding the edge of the dough

Fry until golden brown
