Zesty Shrimp Jalapeño Poppers

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with oil.
Step 2
2. Place halved jalapeños in dish and sprinkle some of mozzarella cheese on bottom of each jalapeño.
Step 3
3. In a medium sauté pan, cook bacon until almost crispy. Add in onions and cook for 2-3 min until translucent. Add in minced garlic and lime juice and cook for another minute.
Step 4
4. Stir in shrimp and sazon seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Take off heat and let cool slightly.
Step 6
6. Scoop mixture into jalapeños then cover with the rest of the cheese.
Step 7
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
Step 8
8. Top with cilantro & enjoy!
