One Pot Goulash

Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, begin browning your ground beef

While your meat cooks, chop your onion and green peppers
Step 3
Add your onion and peppers to the ground beef
Step 4
Once fully cooked, drained your grease and season
Step 5
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth and bbq sauce. Mix well
Step 6
Add uncooked macaroni and bring to a simmer
Step 7
Once simmering, top with cheese, turn the heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes
Step 8
Once done cooking, uncover and let sit for 5 minutes
Step 9
Stir and serve!
