2 ½ cupsoat flour

1 tspbaking powder

½ tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon

1 cupplain greek yogurt

¾ cuplight brown sugar

¼ cupbutter
melted

4 Tbspvegetable oil

1 tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Grease 2 donut pans.


Step 2
Whisk together all dry ingredients, set aside.

Step 3
Mix together all ingredients from the yogurt to the vanilla.
Step 4
Add in eggs one at a time to the batter. Mixing well before each addition.
Step 5
Slowly add the whisked dry ingredients to the batter. Mix until fully incorporated.
Step 6
Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill your donut pan just under half full.
Step 7
Cook for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, and cook for 2 more minutes. Let the donuts cool completely before glazing.

Step 8
To make the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar and milk together.
