Step 1
Chop the cauliflower into bite size pieces then either steam with a pinch of salt on top or boil on salted water for ten minutes

In a pot melt butter then add flour and whisk to combine. Slowly add the milk whisking all the time until smooth and thick.

Step 3
Add salt pepper garlic powder paprika and Dijon mustard then add 1 cup of the cheese . You can use 4 cheese blend or your own favorite cheese . Mix until smooth .

Step 4
Add the cauliflower to a buttered baking dish then pour the sauce all over it and mix to make sure it’s all coated . Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top then bake at 200 c for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and delicious
