Instructions
Step 1
Mix the meatball ingredients together. Shape into bite-sized meatballs. Brown in skillet with oil or brown in oven on baking sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes turning every 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the sauce ingredients. Pour mixture on bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Add the browned meatballs and cover them with the rest of the sauce. Cover with foil.
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
Step 4
These may be served over rice or just as appetizers.
