Instructions

2 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard 1 tsp minced garlic 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 4 salmon fillets (1pound)

Step 2
Mix first 5 ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes Heat grill medium high heat ; brush fish with olive oil Grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork , brushing frequently with syrup mixture
Step 3
To cook in a skillet:
Heat skillet on medium high heat, add fish, cook 10 minute or until fish flakes easily, turning and brushing frequently with mustard mixture
