sliced and frozen
¼ cupcoconut cream
½ cupfrozen roasted sweet potato
place a sweet potato aka yam in the oven for 45 mins-1 hr at 450F then freeze overnight
1 ½ Tbsalmond butter
2medjool dates
pitted
½ tsppumpkin pie spice
1 inchginger
piece, grated if you don’t have a high speed blender
½ tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients blender or food processor until smooth.
Step 2
