Instructions

Step 1
I’m using tricolor quinoa but you can use any quinoa for this recipe . Wash one cup under cold water then strain place in a blender or cup with water then blend with a blender or blender stick until smooth
Step 2
Add salt and white pepper and any additional seasonings you may prefer and stir together
Step 3
Lightly grease a pan then spread a small amount of batter into a circle . Cook about one minute on medium high heat until it looks cooked on top then flip for 20 seconds . Repeat with the rest greasing the pan in between. Be sure to quickly spread the batter as it may cook as you pour it
Step 4
Serve with any fillings you like or store in the fridge for 3-5 days
