Ingredients

500gchickpeas
cooked, mashed
2carrots
grated and cooked
2onions
diced and cooked
1 Tbspolive oil
1 cupwalnuts
chopped
6garlic cloves
diced and cooked
1 tspsweet paprika
1 tspground cumin
1 tspsmoked paprika
0.5bell pepper
diced
½ cupcorn
25gkale
chopped
2 Tbspground flax
mixed with 4tbsp water
½ cupquick oats
2 Tbsptahini
salt
2 Tbspflour
½ cupvital wheat gluten
Instructions
Step 1
Blend onions+carrots and saute in pan. Add spices and garlic for the last 1-2 min.
Step 2
Blend bell pepper+corn+parsley.
Step 3
Combine everything in a large bowl and mix. Add wheat gluten as needed. Rest for 15min.
Step 4
Make 50g sliders or 100g patties. Pan fry until golden on both sides.
