Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, drain and slice the tofu and add to a container
Step 2
2️⃣Now add the tamari + maple syrup + smoked paprika + pinch salt and seal the lid and shake
Step 3
3️⃣Heat a griddle pan and fry the tofu on either side until lightly charred
Step 4
4️⃣Finally layer up your bread with mayonnaise + lettuce + tomato + tofu and enjoy!
