Step 1
Combine beef, eggs, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper (to taste), and marjoram. Mix thoroughly with hands dipped in flour.
Step 2
Shape the meat mixture into 1.5 inch balls. Flatten balls out a little for quicker cook time.
Step 3
Coat meatballs with flour, shaking off the excess.
Step 4
Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan and cook the meatballs over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat), turning once.
