Instructions
Step 1
Cook beef in skillet for 5 minutes or until browned. Drain, and stir in taco seasoning mix, 3/4 cup water, 1 cup fried onions, and cilantro. Simmer and stir often for 5 minutes or until flavors are blended.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350F. Arrange tortilla chips on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top chips with beef mixture, sour cream, remaining fried onions, and cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and fried onions are golden.
Step 4
Dash Frank's sauce to taste.
